Northeast Division Letter Test

This would be the landing page the customers would come to when scanning the QR code. I have excluded it from our search so customers won't be able to find it there on accident. I'd think we would just list the doc as a hyperlink like below. I am just going to use an existing PDF on the site, but you get the idea.
