Payment Arrangements
If you are having difficulties making a payment and cannot pay
your bill in full, you may be eligible to enter into a payment arrangement.
There are two types of payment arrangements available…
Installment Agreements
An installment agreement is created using the entire balance owing
and is automatically calculated over a two-month period. By entering
into an installment agreement you agree to pay the total current
charges plus a portion of your past due amount. A Down Payment is
required and is automatically calculated by the system and may be
due at the time of initiating the payment agreement.
If you fail to pay the amount required, the agreement will be broken,
you will not be able to make another installment agreement for 12
months, and your service may be disconnected. In addition, if you
are seeking payment assistance from a social service agency, this
agreement may prevent you from getting emergency assistance.

Payment Extensions
A payment extension can be requested when you may need an extra
day or two beyond the scheduled shut off date on your billing statement.
This type of arrangement is used to extend your shut off date by
no more than two days, to provide the time needed to pay your past
due balance in full and avoid any scheduled shut off of gas service.
If you fail to pay the full past due amount, your service may be
disconnected anytime after the extended payment date.
