Other Ways to Pay Your Gas Bill

Most SEMCO ENERGY customers pay their gas bill by mailing us a check each month. However, we offer other payment options that you may want to learn more about.

Paying Your Gas Bill In Person

For a nominal charge of $1.50, you can have the convenience of paying your gas bill while out running other errands. Look for "Pay your SEMCO ENERGY bill here" signs in participating merchant's windows. SEMCO ENERGY GAS COMPANY's APS Bill Payment Program allows you to pay your gas bill, in person, at conveniently located retailers. Simply bring your bill or stub along with you because you will need it to make the transaction.

When you pay your bill through a APS Bill Payment Program Authorized Agent, the record of your payment is immediately available to SEMCO ENERGY GAS COMPANY personnel. This can be convenient, especially if you are paying your bill close to the date the payment is due.

Note: Please use only Authorized Agents and allow two (2) days for your payment to post to your account.

Paying Your Gas Bill By Phone

SEMCO ENERGY GAS COMPANY also takes credit cards and checks over the phone. Repeat customers can take advantage of our 24-hour automatic payment processing by phone. Just call 1-800-624-2019 and pay on your VISA, Discover, Master Card or personal check. You'll need to have your account number and credit card information or a blank check ready. A convenience fee of $5.00 is charged for all payments up to $500.00 when paid with a check or credit card. Bills greater than $500 will be split into multiple payments.
